Good to know
The weekly status is announced in local minyanim before Shabbos and sent on the JPROV community email list. The eruv’s site explains both.
Before Shabbat
Check on Friday afternoon, after the weekly inspection. If you can't find this week's status, treat the eruv as down and ask your rav.

This page points to the community's own announcement; it does not rule on whether the eruv is kosher or up. Confirm with the eruv's own source and your rav.
