The site says the eruv is inspected every week and the result is published there, in Hungarian, English and Hebrew. Parts of the site are still under construction.
Before Shabbat
Check on Friday afternoon, after the weekly inspection. If you can't find this week's status, treat the eruv as down and ask your rav.

This page points to the community's own announcement; it does not rule on whether the eruv is kosher or up. Confirm with the eruv's own source and your rav.
